He is also a retired partner of and previous Audit Partner-in-Charge at the Dallas KPMG office. During his career, Randy focused on providing business and accounting advisory services for significant energy, chemical, transportation and other commercial entities. In his 40-plus-year career, he has worked with Fortune 500 boards on corporate governance matters, advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, complex audit and accounting matters, initial public offerings, capital market transactions and assisted clients to implement new accounting and disclosure standards.
