How it works

Production process

101124_Rousselot_1up_Gelatins.png

Our gelatins are obtained through the partial hydrolysis of collagen found in the bones and skin of bovine, porcine and fish sources. We use two methods to manufactue gelatin: alkaline and acid. Every stage of the process occurs under strict hygienic conditions, and no chemical modification occurs throughout production.
