Beth Albright is a distinguished human resources leader who is currently President & CEO of Saidia, an HR consulting firm, and held senior roles across various industries. She was the Chief Human Resources Officer from 2014 through 2017 at Chemours, a global chemistry company that was publicly spun off from DuPont, where she drove human capital management initiatives globally, shaping company policy and best practices both as an officer of DuPont in preparation for the spin-off and then as CHRO of Chemours.
Preceding Chemours, Beth served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the global manufacturing company Day & Zimmermann from May 2011 to October 2014. Her proven experience also includes leadership roles as the Global Vice President of Human Resources for global manufacturing company Tekni-Plex, from July 2009 to April 2011, and various Human Resources leadership roles at Rohm and Haas supporting global businesses, technology, manufacturing, and staff functions from 2000 to 2009. She also gained valuable experience earlier in her career while working for FMC Corporation, an agricultural sciences corporation and Fluor Daniel Construction.
