Dr. Celeste Clark has served as principal of the consulting firm, Abraham Clark Consulting, LLC, since November 2011 where she consults on nutrition and health policy, regulatory affairs and leadership development. She is also an adjunct professor at Michigan State University.
From 1977 until 2011, Celeste held various leadership positions with food manufacturer, Kellogg Company, and was a member of the Global Executive Leadership Team, serving as Senior Vice President, Global Policy and External Affairs, and Chief Sustainability Officer. She was responsible for the development and implementation of global health, nutrition and regulatory science initiatives, ensuring both compliance and consistency in approach and implementation. She also led global corporate communications, government relations, public affairs, philanthropy and several administrative functions.
