Rick A. Elrod

Executive Vice President – U.S. Rendering Operations

Expertise

Rick Elrod has served as Executive Vice President for US Rendering Operations since April 2015. Having started in the industry in 1984, he has extensive experience in all facets of rendering, including raw-material procurement, plant operations and wastewater treatment, and has served in various management roles, including plant manager, regional leadership and Senior Vice President of the Eastern Region. Rick is involved in several state poultry associations and is an active member of the National Chicken Council, US Poultry and Egg Association and North American Rendering Association. In May 2023, the company announced that Rick will retire in April 2024.
