Dual Chute TowerMaster
Our Dual Chute TowerMaster system is designed for efficient removal of all food by-products, particularly heavier by-products like bread and dough. This programmable system yields maximum payload and reduces transportation costs by optimizing weight distribution and eliminating the need to reposition a collection trailer. It automatically shifts residuals between front and rear chutes and features multiple hatches that can be accessed without a switch truck. Simple, one-button operation and smart features make for easy use and management.
Compactor System
Our Full Stroking Compactor system is especially suited for lighter weight food by-products (crackers, chips, cookies, etc.). It offers maximum flexibility, with several options for placement. Lighter weight by-products are compacted into the trailer to yield maximum payload and transportation cost savings. Simple, one-button operation and smart features make for easy use and management.
Integrated Scaling
Our bulk loading systems are equipped with our integrated scaling system with email notifications. We offer the ability to track and identify the origin and quantity of all by-products generated at a facility. Our scaling systems track operator IDs, shift codes, line or product codes, and type codes. When used with our Dual Chute TowerMaster system, platform scales are not required, as load cells are built in. Our Compactor system uses flush-mounted platform scales, built into the system itself.
