Charles Adair is a seasoned financial expert and retired Vice Chairman of BMO Capital Markets, a leading financial services provider. During his time at BMO, Charles played a vital role in initiating and negotiating investment banking transactions in the Food and Agribusiness sectors. Prior to BMO, he served as Senior Vice President and Manager of Harris Capital Markets Group, the predecessor of BMO Capital Markets Chicago office. He also held the position of Director of North American Mergers and Acquisitions at Elders Grain, Inc., where he initiated and executed strategic acquisitions, and he held senior positions in domestic and export cash grain trading, futures trading and transportation logistics with Consolidated Grain and Barge Co.
