How this system works:

The Cleanstar 2500 is a fully insulated container installed on an exterior wall. Although not located inside the store, employees can use our direct pump connection to transfer oil with one touch. It ensures secure storage, featuring anti-theft technology that allows only a DAR PRO service vehicle to connect to system and remove oil. This solution makes the complete disposal process safe, easy, and efficient.

Survey, installation and training

We offer multiple efficient options for moving used cooking oil from the fryer to the tank, ensuring optimal solutions tailored to specific setups and needs.

Step 1: Site survey (30 min)

Our professional experts complete a back-of-house survey (on site or virtual) to identify which systems best fit kitchen specifications and used cooking oil volumes.

Step 2: Installation (2 hr)

Our skilled installers oversee the full process, including disposal container placement, safe transportation options and optimal method(s) to securely extract oil without operational disruptions.

Step 3: Training (20 min)

Each container features a QR code to quickly access container specs, equipment guides and links to videos.
