How this system works:

The Space Saver is installed inside a kitchen back-of-house in place of a 4 ft storage rack. This container can connect directly to a fryer, making the oil transfer process as easy as one flip of a switch. A valve connects the system to an exterior wall, where our technicians can extract the oil without entering the building. This solution makes the complete disposal process safe, easy, and efficient.
